Alcohol is permitted at events with a licensed bartender and the appropriate permits. If you plan to self-serve, you must provide all required documentation and proof of insurance, and strictly adhere to the guidelines outlined in your signed contract.

Cancellations are non-refundable. However, we do offer a one-time courtesy reschedule to a new date and time for your event. Any additional reschedule requests will incur a fee. For full details, please contact us directly.

Yes, we offer flexible payment options. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your scheduled event.

Yes, we do require a signed contract to secure your event date. The contract outlines important details such as rental terms, policies, and payment deadlines to ensure clarity and peace of mind for both parties. We’re happy to walk you through it and answer any questions you may have before signing.
